The Core Team
The people behind the Lab.
We keep our core team small on purpose. It allows us to stay close to the work, move quickly and keep strategy, creativity and technology connected from beginning to end.
You work directly with the people doing the work.
Strategy, design and development are developed together.
The team grows around the project, not the other way around.
Our core team stays intentionally small. Around it, we have built a trusted network of specialists across photography, video, development, editing, production and other creative disciplines.
When a project calls for additional expertise, we bring the right people in. This allows us to scale the team without losing the close, hands-on approach that defines the Lab.
